We collect the following information: (1) Account information (email, authentication data) (2) Compressed transcription audio chunks extracted from VODs selected by users (3) Analysis results and usage history (4) Billing management information, such as subscription status and limited-pricing eligibility (5) Payment information (processed through Stripe; we do not store card details).

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: (1) Provide and improve the Service (2) Generate audio analysis and AI suggestions (3) Manage accounts and authentication (4) Process payments and determine limited-pricing eligibility (5) Respond to inquiries (6) Send service-related notifications.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except: (1) With your consent (2) As required by law (3) With service providers necessary for operation (Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI, Neon, etc.). These providers maintain appropriate security measures.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and service improvement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of internet communications.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until account deletion. Audio and analysis data are deleted after the plan retention period (Free: 7 days, Pro: 90 days). Data may be retained longer if required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can review and update your information in account settings. To delete your account, please contact us.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for use by persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
